Conegliano is a town rich in cultural, gastronomic and wine traditions. Besides, there are costume events for it is also rich in history and the vestige of the castle is a symbol that dominate the town. The town is famous for its DOC Prosecco wine and grappa which are dedicated various events and festivals. It so happens that just in Conegliano is situated the Oenological School G.B. Cerletti, the first of the Kingdom of Italy (1876). Thousands of students got a diploma in this Institute and many of them have reached prestigious aims in Italy and abroad.
Nowadays, it is a multifunctional structure that collaborates with the important University of Padua.
